Workplace Digital Support Startup Capacity Accumulates $13.2 Million from Midwestern VCs

Solving data scatter within enterprises seems to be the founding idea behind dozens of enterprise software program startups. Capacity, which not too long ago rebranded from, is raising new cash to deal with the problem with its corporate information search platform.

The corporate just ended a $13.2 million Collection B, funded entirely by Midwestern personal investors and angels.

The St. Louis office startup helps its clients pull all of their organizational data collectively into a platform that makes company data more accessible to individuals within the company. Alongside Capacity’s title change, the corporate opened its platform to allow developers to link apps to the Capacity network so that more data could be integrated.

“We got so far where we realized that we’re never going to be the consultants in developing every one of these tailor-made apps, so opening up our developer unit has been crucial to serving to expand several apps that we’ll be able to link to,” CEO David Karandish said.
